When we are conceived, we receive a precious essence from our parents which is called Pre-Heaven Essence and this, basically, forms our constitution. Our food and drink and our lifestyle go to creating Post-Heaven Essence. The two combine to form Kidney-Essence. Kidney-Essence declines as we age and this causes menopausal symptoms.
The crystals included in this pack are moonstone, sunstone, rose quartz, amethyst, carnelian, and a pearl pendant. There is also a jade roller.
In the current packs there is a choice of essential oil blends. The Midnight blend is made up of Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Clary Sage which help with calming and night sweats. The Uplifting Blend is made from Grapefruit, Lime, Peppermint, and Thyme. This blend is for the lady who is feeling sad at the slowing down of life, children leaving the nest and other life stresses.
Future packs will contain the Hormone Busting blend made up of Clary Sage, Lavender, Geranium, Bergamot, and Ylang Ylang.
