In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Heart houses the Mind. There is a marvelous point on the hand, where the little finger touches the top line, called H8. Massaging this point with the opposite thumb works wonders in switching off the mind and allowing sleep to occur.
The crystals included in this pack are sodalite, kyanite, malachite, rose quartz, fluorite, dumortierite and pearls. There is also a jade roller and an aragonite button to use as a gua sha tool.
The essential oil blend is made up of Lavender, Roman Chamomile and Clary Sage. Lavender and Clary Sage are well known for their relaxing properties. Roman Chamomile calms the Mind and eases anxiety.
