This pack has a four week protocol, thereby alleviating some of the symptoms associated with PMS.
Each week there is a different strategy. There is an essential oil blend to be used daily and specific pressure points to be worked once a week.
The oil blend for week one (when the period starts) contains cypress, patchouli, rosemary, and geranium. Week two oil blend contains cedar wood, clary sage, geranium, and black spruce. Week three oil blend contains cedar wood, ylang ylang, and geranium. Week four oil blend contains oregano, rosemary, lavender, and Roman chamomile. All are in a MCT coconut carrier oil.
The crystals in the pack are: rose quartz, green aventurine, chrysocolla, malachite, moonstone, and sunstone.
